We offer a 14-day return policy on all eligible items that fit one of the following criteria:

  • Undamaged and/or unopened items
  • Items that were damaged before, during, or at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect items as part of an error on our part

1. Reporting Issues with Your Order

We take quality seriously and want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If you experience any issues, here’s how we can assist:

  • Damaged Items Upon Delivery
    If your package arrives visibly damaged, please make a note of it with the courier (e.g., “Package Visibly Damaged”) before accepting the delivery. Then, contact our Support Team via the Contact Support page within 24 hours, including photos of the damage. We will review the case and arrange a refund if necessary.

  • Defective Items (Within 48 Hours to 14 Days)
    If you discover a defect in your item, please reach out to our Support Team via the Contact Support page within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide return instructions if a refund is approved.

2. Returning Unwanted Items

At this time, we do not accept returns for items that are in perfect condition (e.g., if you change your mind). Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

3. Restocking Fee

If your return is approved, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to the refund amount. This fee helps cover processing costs and return handling. The restocking fee applies in the following cases:

  • The item is returned without defects and in its original condition.
  • The item is opened but unused.

Restocking Fee Exceptions:

  • The restocking fee will not apply if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
  • However, all damaged items must be verified by Bucmart before a restocking fee is waived. If we determine that the item was intentionally damaged, misused, or altered to avoid the restocking fee, the refund may be denied or a higher restocking fee (up to 50%) may be applied.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You (the customer) are solely responsible for covering all shipping costs on returned items. No reimbursements for shipping and handling costs will be issued.

5. Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be reflected in your account.
